Our impact

We are located in the heart of one of South Africa’s most prized and iconic natural locations. You cannot inhabit and take pleasure in this land without playing an active role in preserving it.

Through responsible tourism, we protect and conserve - from the natural significance of a termite hill to the plight of the majestic white and black rhinos.

We are a 50–50% partnership with the local Mdluli Community.

Day to day lodge operations are an extension of our intentional sustainability philosophy.

A little piece of paradise

A little piece of paradise in the African bush. Daily game drives, a hike up the rock to view the sunset and fantastic food. This is such a special place. Staff were beyond friendly and welcoming. The game ranger knew our bucket list of animals to see and went out his way to ensure we tracked them down – wild dogs, elephants, lions, hyenas, rhinos, buffaloes and many more. The Kruger is a special place and Mdluli is the perfect lodge to stay at. Modern, clean, tented experience. We cannot wait to return.”

Absolutely 5 Star

“Mdluli is a MUST. Absolutely 5 star. Whole family of 14 (including 7 young kids) went to Mdluli for my mother’s 70th birthday. The staff went out of their way to make sure this special occasion will never be forgotten. Everything was truly sensational from the amazing staff, food, accommodation, boma dinner, to lining up the Big 5 for our last drive. We will most certainly be back soon. I highly recommend it.”

Award winning service

“Award winning service. The best place to go when you need a break from the busy city life. Tranquility at its best. Definitely planning another trip. Recommend it to friends and family. You get value for your money and experience South Africa like never before. A community based business that has the best service.”
