Inside the heart of the Kruger
You’ll find us inside the Kruger National Park, not far from Pretoriuskop Rest Camp.
Drive: 5-hours drive from Johannesburg. Fly: 45-minute shuttle from Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (KMIA), 1 hour 30 minutes from Skukuza Airport.
Once inside the Park, the lodge is easily accessed through a private road near the Numbi Security & Control Point. From there, it’s approximately 6km/20 minutes drive to reach the lodge main gate. Look out for sightings en route!
Numbi Gate is the nearest entry gate to us. All guests are required to adhere to gate opening and closing times.

Park Gate entry options
We are located in the south-western region of the Kruger National Park, not far from Pretoriuskop Rest Camp. Once inside the Park, the lodge is easily accessed via a sign-posted private road from the Numbi Gate Security and Control Point. Guests are welcome to choose their preferred Park entry gate.
Numbi, Malelane, Phabeni and Kruger Gates all offer convenient access, with a scenic drive and potential sightings along the way to the lodge.
Approximate drive times from Gauteng:
- Numbi Gate: 4.5 hours to the Park, approximately 20 to 30 minutes to the lodge once inside the Park
- Malelane Gate: 4 hours to the Park, approximately 3 hours to the lodge once inside the Park
- Phabeni Gate: 5 hours to the Park, approximately 45 minutes to the lodge once inside the Park
- Kruger Gate: 5.5 hours to the Park, approximately 2 hours to the lodge once inside the Park
Conservation fees will be payable (per person, per vehicle registration number) when entering the Park. Guests may make use of their Wildcard.
