100% full payment required on confirmation for all reservations 30 days and less before arrival.
50% payment for reservations 31-60 days prior to arrival.
25% payment for all reservations more than 61 days before arrival.
Payment to be made in terms of the above within 24 hours of the booking been made.
Please note, the above policy does not apply to group, corporate or event bookings, or “Pay at Your Pace” payment plan bookings.

Free cancellation on all reservations until 30 days prior to arrival date.
Any cancellation made 30 days or less prior to arrival, or in case of a no show on the booked arrival date, will be charged 100% (full payment) of the total reservation value.
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. If a cancellation is related to Covid-19, guests will be allowed to move dates, subject to availability of accommodation, in such cases deposits will not be forfeited.

Each luxury tent is positioned at a distance of at least 15m from the adjacent tent, with a private access walkway and private patio.
The open architecture of the public areas allows for fresh air flows and expansive spaces to be very comfortably socially distanced from other guests.
